Welded Steel Box Column
Welded steel box columns are fabricated through steel plate cutting, assembly, submerged arc welding, straightening, NDT inspection and shot blasting. With closed box cross-section, they feature large moment of inertia, excellent torsion resistance and high vertical bearing capacity. Custom non-standard dimensions are available per drawings. Welds are tested by non-destructive inspection to guarantee great rigidity and seismic performance. Widely used in high-rise buildings, cultural venues, bridges, large workshops and urban complex heavy steel structure projects. We provide drawing-based customization, mass production and complete quality inspection documents.
